Exploring the cascades

I really couldn't get enough of the pass over the nice holiday break. I think i headed up there 3 times in 4 days driving over 500 miles but it in the end it was so worth it. Each time I go up there I get a new sense of appreciation for the area that i live in, really just having fun everyday.

The first glimpse of snow

After hearing that the pass had some snow i had to go up and check it out. I was so thankful that Dana could come along for the journey up there. She killed it!

Jones lake BC

With the wonders of Instagram I have been really fortunate to meet some of the most genuine people lately. I met Chris and Malcolm through a mutual group that we are in on the app. After exchanging a few texts back and forth we made a plan to head over to Jones lake one Saturday. We all arrived at the Costco parking lot in Abbotsford B.C. at 6.am one morning and the rest was history. We had a blast paddling around the lake, hanging out, and just having a good time.

The Enchantments

Over this past summer i had the chance to go check out the enchantments with a few of my close friends. We had spent 3 nights and 4 days out in Leavenworth and 50 miles later out trip was completed. From that time we had always talked about going back and being able to share this experience with more of our friends, and this veterans day we made it happen. We hiked to Stuart then Colchuck lake and 14 miles later our trip was finished.

New content in the works

First off I want to say that I am super thankful for all the support from family and friends that push me to get better at what I enjoy doing. I met up with one of my good friends Jasper Wesselman over the weekend to catch up with him as he has been one of my good friends for the past 5 years. I've always gone to him for advice on video and photography work but had never gotten the chance to work with him. Over the weekend we went out and shot for a small video that will be up soon... Stay tuned

Lake Kachess

A few weeks ago I had met Joelle at the meet up on Alki Beach, Thanks again to Lost family for holding it. I followed up with Joelle later in the week and we just started talking about how we should go out and shoot. This past friday we made it happen and went out to Lake Kachess and Gold creek pond where we were able to catch the sun right as it was going down.

The looming fog

I came back home this weekend, went to the mountains with some friends, and had a good time. In the end it was a well spent weekend

Woke up at 4 am to head out to Seattle for a shoot with Rosi. The wake up we a bit brutal i have to say but the bagels at the end of the day made up for it.

Friends and new memories

My friend Bill hit me up last week and told me that I better make it back home to go shoot with him and a girl that was coming up from California. I replied with a " I wouldn't miss it". I packed up my bag on Thursday night making sure all of my stuff was charged and ready to go. Woke up Friday morning went to my early morning English class and then decided to skip my Math class because I didn't want to be late for the shoot. I cruised down the 5 into Seattle and actually made pretty good time which I was pumped about.  Got to the coffee shop where I meet up with Bill, Brandon, and Rosi. Just after talking to her for about 10 minutes I knew it would be a good day. We ran around Seattle shooting at a bunch of different places and ended with the sunset at Alki Beach. Pretty much a perfect day in my book.

Mount Baker trip

School is going well up at western, but I had to get out over this last weekend. My brother Max and I left at about 5am to head up to Mount Baker, and the views were absolutely stunning.

The Friday Feels

As the summer came to an end Bill Brandon and I headed out to Cold Creek Pond to catch the last light as the sun was setting. Missing shooting with these guys all the time.

Sunny day in Seattle

Bill, Addie and I headed to down town to get some lifestyle shots and here's what I managed to get

A moody day in the Summer

The rain was rolling in and since it was during the summer and I hadn't seen the rain in a long time, I was itching to go out and shoot in it. I picked up Addie and we headed over to Gold Creek pond in Snoqualmie pass

Discovery Park

I never really had the chance to go here before but we made it happen one summer night with a good group of people

2 Days in the North Cascades

A few friends and I headed into the North Cascades one weekend over summer, After the 2 hour drive we got to Lake Diablo just as the sun was about to set behind the mountains. We got our shots in and then headed down to find a campsite. Sadly all of them were filled up but luckily we all had hammocks and we ended up just finding some trees off the side of the road and sleeping there. After a good nights sleep, we woke up at 4 to catch the sunrise over Liberty Bell

Jubilee farms

On a sunny day after work, Addie and I headed over to a local farm near by and got some shots while the sun was just about to go down.

Spontaneous trip to Amsterdam

With my summer job ending and having some time to kill in early September, my mom entertained the idea of traveling over to Amsterdam. Having been over to Europe before when I was younger I was excited to go back and explore a new place that I haven't been to before. It was just a quick trip only 3 days but I feel as if i made the most of it. Super thankful for the opportunity to head over there.
